I’ve been to several chiropractors throughout the years. Vasilios at Mast Health is by far the most compressive. Instead of the standard in and out in 5 minutes he takes his time not just to treat but also to educate. Most of my appointments last 45-60 minutes and cover several types of treatments. However, if I’m in a time crunch he can also have me in and out when needed.

He adjusted me, stretched me properly, and showed me exercises that I could do at home.
